HR POWER PAK  starts by appointing a qualified HR Recruiter as a single point of contact for your staffing requirements and coordinating any or all corporate training needs. With a standard presentation template, CVs for candidates are submitted via e-mail to you mitigating the need to search for details when considering and comparing candidates. Through our patented evaluation system, HR POWER PAK  sources and recommends new candidates based on their score, generating a solid shortlist guide for you to consider when there are organisational requirements and time is of the essence.  

Once selected by your company, HR POWER PAK  would engage in scheduling prospective candidates for interviews and have them available for your interview selection process. Upon successful selection, employment offers would be presented to HR POWER PAK and made available to the candidate for signing and briefing of their successful selection. 
HR POWER PAK only  raises an invoice after the successful joining of the candidate as per the following details:-

HR POWER PAK  professional fees are payable as follows for ALL positions :   

  1. Rs. 15,000/- for each candidate; and 
  2. 2.5% of the candidates Gross Annual CTC. 

Professional fees are due and payable within TEN (10) DAYS of the start date of the recruited candidate joining the company. In the unlikely event the selected candidate does not continue with the company on his own will within sixty (60) days of joining, the candidate will be replaced at no cost to the company.

DEFERRED HIRING and THIRD PARTY EMPLOYMENT

ANY introduction initiated by HR POWERPAK is deemed strictly confidential and one of non-disclosure. All CV’s sent by HR POWER PAK are the registered property of HR POWER PAK and remain so, even if the contract ceases to exist with the company or the candidate for a twenty-four (24) month period.  by HR POWERPAK and all applicable penalties brought forth accordingly.  In the unlikely event a company engages a selected candidate directly and HR POWER PAK learns of this engagement, the company assumes all applicable penalties brought forth accordingly without contest of full payment. For as, the cost of engaging a candidate directly will ensure a single invoice to be raised, per candidate in the amount of Rupees 5,00,000/- Lakh (Five Lakh Rupees) and deemed immediately payable for breach of contract. 

All invoices raised to the company are delivered and are assumed as received, are immediately payable, in full value as a twenty-eight day (28) invoice. All outstanding invoice amounts past ten (10) days of the invoice date will be charged interest at a rate of Rupees 150/ – (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) per day, from the date of the invoice.
