PRIVACY POLICY OUR COMMITMENT TO PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY
This privacy policy applies to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information by or on behalf of HR POWER PAK (ACT) referred to in this policy as “HR POWER PAK ”, “our”, “we” or “us”).

We are committed to protecting your personal information, and ensuring its privacy, accuracy and security. We handle your personal information in a responsible manner in accordance with the Privacy Act (the Act) (including the Australian Privacy Principle (APPs) Guidelines). By using any of our services, visiting our website “http:// www.hrpowerpak.com/” We may collect your personal information from a range of sources, including from you, your representatives, recruitment agencies, contractors, business partners and government agencies. For example, we may collect your personal information when you obtain a service from us, provide a service or product to us, apply for employment with us or communicate with us via our website, by e-mail, telephone or in writing. Wherever reasonable and practicable, we collect personal information from the individual to whom the information relates. If you provide personal information about someone other than yourself, you agree that you have that person’s consent to provide the information for the purpose for which you provide it to us. You also agree that you have told the person about this Privacy Policy and where to find it. The personal information we collect includes: Your name, physical address, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, gender, date of birth, occupation and other information to assist us in conducting our business, providing and marketing our services; information about staff and directors, as required in the normal course of human resource management and the operation of a business; and information about current and previous HR POWER PAK suppliers and clients with whom HR POWER PAK has dealings. We will only collect your sensitive information if you have consented to us doing so – for example, as part of information collected about directors and employees for business and human resource management purposes; or where required or permitted by law.
We will never ask you for your credit card details by email. We do not store credit card or bank details when you purchase services and/or goods from us using credit or banking providers. We only collect personal information by lawful and fair means. We usually collect personal information from: face-to-face meetings and telephone calls; business cards; electronic communications – for example, e-mails and attachments; forms filled out by people, including as part of attendance at HR POWER PAK or through acquiring a service from us; subscriptions to marketing materials such as electronic newsletters and or emails about promotions; third parties – for example, from recruitment agencies and your representatives or agents; and our website and social media pages, including if you use them to contact us.
We collect the personal information: necessary for us to provide you with the services you have requested from us, including recreational services; for marketing purposes and to provide you with information about services that may be of interest to you; to improve the services we provide; and to enable us to conduct our business and meeting our legal and regulatory obligations. If you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to supply the requested service, employ you or otherwise deal with you. If we receive personal information about you that we have not requested, and we determine that we could not have lawfully collected that information under the Australian Privacy Principles had we asked for it, we will destroy or de-identify the information if it is lawful and reasonable to do so.

You will need to provide us with details of your complaint, as well as any supporting evidence and information. We will review all complaints received and our Privacy Officer will respond to you. Use of Information
We gather certain types of information in an effort to communicate with you about our products, services, promotions and contests. We and our affiliates and partners may also use this information to make offers to you, help us develop and improve our Sites and tailor our Sites to meet your interests. By registering on our Site and completing forms to receive newsletters and e-mails, you are hereby expressly consenting to receiving newsletters and e-mails from us, our business affiliates, and our business partners concerning promotions, products and services or other marketing materials.
Information Collected
We collect two types of information about users: personal information (such as name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number) and aggregate information (such as information about how many users log on to our sites on a daily basis).
Personal Information Collected
Personal information is collected when you voluntarily register with us to receive electronic newsletters, use community and communication services, answer surveys, and enter contests and other promotional opportunities provided by us. Aggregate Information Collected

For example, the number of people who visit our Sites who are twenty-five (25) years of age is aggregate information that does not personally identify a specific user. Sharing Information Collected with Third Parties, Consultants, and Affiliates
We do not share, sell or trade your personal information with third parties, and we do not contribute to or participate in cooperative databases, which give other companies access to such personal information, unless:
(i) You have been given an opportunity to “opt-in” and have agreed to so opt-in to such disclosure of your information;

As indicated above, we may share the specific personal information you give to us with consultants and with corporate affiliates, business partners, including other Total Sound Live, a Division of Cran Promotions Pvt. Ltd. companies, both for business purposes and for advertising and promotional purposes. Corrections to Personal Information and Information Removal

Please note that such requests or changes may take up to six to eight weeks to become effective.
Children and Privacy
We are concerned about the safety of children when they use the World Wide Web. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be familiar with the sites their children visit. We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that a customer is under the age of 18 and has registered without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable registration information from our files. Information posted to message boards, chat areas, club and home pages are available to the general public. Please use caution when posting any such information.
